I have known every member of our team for more than a decade. Throughout the years, we have collaborated on various projects and shared a common passion for sports cars and sustainable technologies. Individually, each of us has been actively involved in environmental responsibility initiatives, from personal endeavors to community outreach events with non-profit organizations.
Our team takes a comprehensive approach to design and development, blending expertise in engineering, fabrication, and innovation to bring our ideas to life. Over time, we have pursued careers in diverse industries, gaining valuable experience in engineering, business administration, project management, and finance. Our casual conversations after work gradually evolved into conceptual designs, which eventually led to the creation of a High-Performance EV system. Recognizing the potential of our concept, we established Obsidian Propulsion Co in 2021 to turn our ideas into a feasible commercial product.
Since 2020, we have been tirelessly working on the B700+ project within the Washington DC metropolitan area. Obsidian Propulsion was born with the mission of driving the development of the B700+ high-performance sports EV and showcasing its capabilities. Along this journey, we aim to forge new partnerships to facilitate our entry into the market. Our mindset is focused on the long term, and we are always quick to act on new ideas. In fact, we have already submitted our design for the Small Business Technology Research Grants.
At Obsidian Propulsion, our main objective is to provide affordable, reliable, and eco-friendly high-performance vehicles while simultaneously revolutionizing the energy sector through stationary and mobile energy storage solutions, solar energy systems, and sustainable building materials. We are constantly striving to surpass expectations and push the boundaries of what's possible.
Currently, we are fully immersed in the design and construction of a groundbreaking electric sports car, the B700+. It has the potential to transform the automotive and energy storage industries. Let's meet the team!

He also worked as a laborer for several years before finding fulfillment in caring for mentally ill individuals. Additionally, he founded a consulting company catering to entrepreneurs. Charlie Greenhaus
Back in 2012 at the Washington DC Auto Show, I had the opportunity to meet my hero, Charlie Greenhaus. I had been following his EV racing journey for some time. He is the mastermind behind the EVSR Racing brand, an organization dedicated to promoting electric vehicle racing with their own custom-built cars. Instantly, we connected, and I was fascinated to learn that he had been immersed in this field for over a decade. With an unwavering passion for speed, Charlie's expertise lies in designing and racing electric sports cars. Throughout the Americas, he has actively participated in numerous racing events and even achieved an impressive 8th place overall in the challenging Pikes Peak Hill climb with one of his EV Racers.
Charlie's vast experience in electric racing, as well as his talent in building electric race vehicle fabrication, played a pivotal role in the development of the remarkable B700+ prototype.

Cory, our skilled professional, originally worked as a Software Consultant in a startup before joining our team at Obsidian Propulsion. We crossed paths at that startup, where he spearheaded the development of a customer engagement app, impressing me with his expertise in software development and app creation.
Upon discussing my ambitious plans for Obsidian Propulsion and our groundbreaking B700+ electric vehicle, Cory decided to become an essential part of our team. As an Electric Vehicle Control Systems Engineer, he now plays a pivotal role in our project. His responsibilities encompass the design, development, and implementation of control systems that govern the seamless operation of our electric vehicles. With his proficiency in power electronics, motor control, battery management, and energy management systems, he ensures the efficiency and safety of our EV's various subsystems.
